If you are planning to become a mother, it is a happiest decision. But need to be prepare for this.
· Before pregnancy or when you are planning to be pregnant take proper diet & nutritions. And consult a good Gynaechologist.
· After pregnancy you need to maintain your Health. Because whatever you will do, you eat, it will effect you and on yours baby health.
· During Pregnancy period avoid tea &coffee, instead of that take milk fruits and lots of green vegetables
· Avoid oily food, by consulting your doctor increase the ratio of proteins in your Diet.
· Take the medicines regularly, prescribed by your doctor.
· Women should sleep properly.
· Avoid tension during Pregnancy. By consulting your doctor, you can do suitable yoga,which will make you tension free.you should take proper rest.
· Due to hormonal changes, as seen is mood swing is natural.So for that, relax yourself don,t get excite, you can watch movies, read books, listen music.
· During this period some womens complained for Back pain.
· By consulting your Doctor take proper vaccination during pregnancy.
· First three months of the pregnancy Doctor’s suggest not to travel, because it is very critical months.
· PRECAUTIONS
· Avoid Cigaratte, wines.....alcohol,tobacco.
· Avoid stairs.
· Avoid lifting heavy weights.
NOTE:- Regular medical check up is compulsory. So, consult your Doctor regularly.
