Healthy diet; Healthy Child

Our health depends on the kind of food we take . Food is our fuel, and its nutrients give our bodies' cells the energy and substances they need to function. A healthy diet is one that helps maintain or improve health. It is important for lowering many chronic health risks, such as obesity, heart disease, diabetes, hypertension etc. A healthy diet involves consuming appropriate amounts of all essential nutrients and an adequate amount of water. Nutrients can be obtained from many different foods. A healthy diet needs to have a balance of macronutrients (fats, proteins, and carbohydrates), calories to support energy needs, and micronutrients.
If you want your children to stay healthy, you must only cook food that nourishes your child completely. Cooking fast food all the time cannot be a good idea all the time as fast food cannot enable your child to stay healthy all the time. So it’s better to have a variety of foods in our meal.
A balanced diet and physical exercise has vital role in achieving long healthy life such as
·         It controls body weights, heart rate and Blood pressure.
It also helps in controlling blood sugar level in our body, reduces harmful cholesterols.

Breastfeeding is better than the best !!!!!!!!

Breastfeeding is the best for your baby. It is advisable that babies should be breastfed exclusively for about the first 6 months. As you introduce solid foods to your baby, breastfeeding should continue through the first year and beyond or as pediatrician suggests. Breast milk is the perfect food for digestive system of a human baby which contains the vitamins and minerals that a newborn requires, and all of its components like lactose, protein,  fat etc. which are easily digested by a newborn baby. And foremost it contains antibodies that help protect infants from a wide variety of infectious diseases.
